So this workout thing

Im not sure Im seeing any real progress, yeah the scale is dropping.. but i think im doing something wrong. The scale says one thing but I do NOT feel any real change. Im doing 4 days a week, but thinking about upping to 5. Im eating well enough... You know it might be my age kicking my fat ass metabolism back a notch for every 2 i kick it up. UGH! WHEN DID I BECOME AN OLD BITCH!? I mean i have always been a bitch.. so WHEN DID I BECOME OLD? lol!! Well today is my first 1 on 1 with my trainer so let me see what he has to say. I wonder what is a good calorie burn per person a day at the gym to have a good effect.
